This is a field supervisory role running rig-less well completion operations at remote sites in Saudi Arabia, working 14 days on and 7 days off. The foreman is responsible for crew safety, well materials, daily reporting and on-the-job training, and needs about 10 to 15 years of well completion experience. You need
- 10 years with a B.S. in Engineering, or 15 years with high school or ITC education
- B.S. in Engineering with 10 years of well completion experience, or high school/ITC with 15 years
- Experience with high-pressure oil and gas wells
- Knowledge of Saudi Aramco blowout prevention and safety standards
- Leadership and judgment to manage teams of technicians and operators
