About the job
This is a guest services role at an AccorHotel property in Makkah, handling guest requests, communications and coordination with hotel departments, including night-shift front office support. You need

- High school diploma or higher; hospitality qualification preferred
- 1-2 years guest services, front office, call centre or PBX experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
- Strong coordination, attention to detail and guest confidentiality
