This is a guest-facing order taker role at Raffles Dubai, a 5-star hotel, handling in-room dining calls, orders, cashiering and guest requests. You need
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in In-Room Dining, Food & Beverage or a similar guest-facing hotel position
- Minimum 1-2 years in In-Room Dining, F&B or similar guest-facing hotel role
- Good English verbal and written skills
- Order taking, telephone etiquette, cashiering and POS experience
- Familiarity with LQA, HACCP and hygiene standards is an advantage
- Secondary education or relevant Bachelor's degree
