About the job
This is a supervisory role overseeing hygiene, sanitation and stewarding at a hotel in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE, part of the Accor group. The hire leads a stewarding team, enforces food safety and health codes, and keeps detailed compliance records. You need
- Proven experience as a Hygiene Manager, Stewarding Manager, or similar supervisory role in hospitality, food service, or facilities management
- Prior supervisory experience in hygiene, stewarding or food service
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and health codes
- Team leadership and inventory/basic budgeting skills
- HACCP or food safety certification preferred
