webook.com, a Saudi event ticketing platform, is hiring an experienced travel agent in Riyadh to manage end-to-end flight and travel bookings using Amadeus. The role covers fare construction, ticketing, reissues, refunds and disruption handling for corporate and leisure clients. Candidates need IATA certification, a bachelor degree, 2-5 years of agency experience and strong English.
You need
- 2-5 years in an IATA-accredited agency or TMC
- IATA/UFTAA certification (Foundation or Consultant level), mandatory
- Bachelor degree
- 2-5 years of experience in an IATA-accredited agency or TMC
- Advanced Amadeus proficiency including fare pricing, ticketing and ATC reissue/refund
- Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
