This is a Commis 1 chef role supporting Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in a Western-style restaurant kitchen in Dubai, including food preparation, hygiene and equipment care. It needs 3 to 4 years of experience with at least 18 months as Commis 2, plus English reading and communication skills. The package lists a base salary of AED 2300 to 2900 with a food allowance, service charge, tips, free accommodation, transport, health insurance and an air ticket every two years.
