About the job
SIHAMCO is hiring Commis I and Commis II chefs for its kitchen team in Riyadh to prepare dishes, manage mise en place and follow food safety rules. You need
- Commis II: minimum 2 years; Commis I: minimum 3 years including at least 1 year as Commis II or equivalent
- Commis II: minimum 2 years' kitchen experience in hotel or restaurant
- Commis I: minimum 3 years' experience, including 1 year as Commis II or equivalent
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and sanitation
- Fluent English communication
- Culinary qualification preferred
