About the job
This is a front-of-house leadership role at a modern European restaurant in Dubai, where you would run dining service, train staff and help shape the menu. Strong food and beverage knowledge, wine pairing skills, leadership ability and shift flexibility including nights and weekends are needed. The package includes a basic salary of 3000-3500 AED plus allowances, accommodation, transport and health insurance.
You need
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role, preferably in Western or European dining
- Experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role, ideally in Western or European dining
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, including wine pairing
- Leadership and team-building skills
- Good English communication; other languages a plus
- Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays
