About the job
This is a reservations and guest-sales role at SLS Dubai, a 5-star hotel in Downtown Dubai run by Accor's Ennismore brand. The agent handles restaurant bookings by phone, email and online, promotes F&B offers and loyalty programmes, and handles guest complaints. Good English, basic computer skills (Micros, Opera) and customer service knowledge are required, with Arabic as an advantage.
You need
- Customer service knowledge and handling of guest enquiries and complaints
