Four Seasons is hiring a front desk receptionist at its beachfront resort at The Pearl in Doha to greet guests at check-in, handle their requests and resolve complaints. Useful experience is one or more years in a luxury hotel, plus strong communication and customer service skills. The package includes staff accommodation, free transport to work, meals, medical cover and training, and the hotel says it will arrange the work authorization.
You need
- 1+ years experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
- 1+ years experience in a luxury hotel or similar setting (asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
- Understanding of guest preferences and guest-centric service
