About the job
SIHAMCO is hiring a Pizza Chef in Riyadh to prepare and bake authentic Italian-style pizzas, including dough making, fermentation and oven work in a busy restaurant. Candidates need at least 2-3 years of pizza-making experience, knowledge of food safety and HACCP, and strong hand-stretching skills. The company offers a 1-year temporary visa, flights into the country for non-citizens, accommodation and a transport allowance.
You need
- Minimum 2-3 years as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo or similar role
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Pizza Chef or Pizzaiolo
- Proven Italian-style pizza experience in a professional restaurant or pizzeria
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards
- Experience with professional pizza ovens
- Culinary qualification or formal pizzaiolo training is an advantage
