About the job
This is a front-desk style reservations role at Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North, a five-star resort in Lusail, Qatar, run under the Accor group. The job involves handling guest bookings by phone, email and online, entering reservations into hotel systems, and upselling rooms and packages. Strong English communication, PMS/reservation system experience and flexibility for shifts and weekends are required.
You need
- Previous reservation or similar hospitality experience preferred
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Customer service and upselling ability
- Flexibility for shift and weekend work
- Arabic language skills are a plus
