About the job
This is a supervisory role managing daily hotel reservations at Ibis and Adagio Doha, including individual, corporate and group bookings. The candidate needs at least two years of hotel reservations experience, a hospitality or business diploma or degree, and good English. You need
- Minimum 2 years of hotel reservations experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality, Hotel Administration or Business Administration
- Knowledge of reservation procedures, room inventory and revenue management
- Good written and spoken English
- Leadership skills to supervise and coach reservations agents
