AccorHotel's SO/ Ras Al Khaimah is hiring a Security Supervisor to lead the property's security team, oversee CCTV, access control and alarm systems, and handle incidents and emergency drills. Candidates need several years of security experience, at least two in a supervisory role, ideally in hospitality, plus strong reporting and communication skills.
You need
- Minimum 3-5 years in security, at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- High school diploma or equivalent; security management qualification is a plus
- 3-5 years security experience, 2 years supervisory
- Experience leading a security team, ideally in hospitality or luxury
- Working knowledge of CCTV, access control and alarm systems
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
