About the job
This is a hands-on supervisory role running the printing section of an event production workshop in Riyadh, producing large-format graphics, signage and branding materials. The person leads a team of printers, operates digital and vinyl printing equipment, and keeps quality and safety standards high. Candidates need at least 5 years of experience as a printing team leader and must be comfortable with workshop noise, dust, heat and evening or weekend shifts.
You need
- 5+ years as a printing team leader
- 5+ years experience as a printing team leader for large-format graphics or signage
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Hands-on operation of large-format inkjet, UV flatbed and vinyl plotters
- Basic ERP/inventory software and Microsoft Excel knowledge (plus)
- Ability to work in workshop conditions and on-site installation, including lifting and long periods standing
